How it works
Connect & Learn
We meet for an informal meeting at your facility where we assess and walk through your church’s vision and goals. You will receive a full evaluation and recommendations for your AV technology and equipment, as well as a customized plan with transparent pricing for us to maintain your equipment and support your team and environments.
Partner & Plan
Our first step in our new partnership is discovery. It’s pretty straight forward- our team comes in and formalizes, learns, and maps out every detail of your existing AV equipment. We will integrate all compatible devices onto our online monitoring system so we have have access to troubleshoot and diagnose any problems that may come up. Last but definitely not least help get your team set up on our technical support platform and ensure all operations are set up correctly and ready for us to provide the best possible service for you when it matters most.
Service
Once you are finished with discovery, you are ready for on going maintenance and support. While each plan is different based on your needs, our AMS plans will include an allocation of monthly maintenance hours, access to our on call specialists, and open access to professionals dedicated to your success.
